The Poppy Queen rooms 1, 2, 3 and 4 can be found by taking the first set of stairs up, from the front door and parlor.
Rooms 14 and 15 can be located by taking the third staircase, travel up, left and up again. These two rooms are sold separately but interconnect with an adjoining door, making them ideal for a family or group who want to share access to each others rooms.

The Poppy King with personal patio is Room 12 and is located on the lower level. Take the third set of stairs up past room 10, then down to the right and follow the stairs to room 12.

More is a little more when you choose a suite stay at our Georgetown guesthouse. A spacious king room room flooded in natural light from the tall windows overlooking the secret garden.
More space than the traditional king with the ability to accommodate additional guests in the suite’s own cozy snug. This space is where you first enter the suite, where you will also find an additional television and a sleeper sofa/reading nook. Ideal for accommodating additional adults or children.

The Courtyard at The Poppy on P Street NW
The courtyard garden at our guesthouse in Georgetown, offers a serene oasis off P Street in the heart of the East Village. Enclosed by elegant architecture, these lush gardens are adorned with sparkling lights nestled beneath the fragrant magnolia trees that bloom seasonally, casting a gentle shade over the quaint cobble stone and brick pathways. Guests can unwind amidst the soothing ambiance, sipping on crisp champagne while surrounded by the natural beauty of the meticulously landscaped greenery. It's a harmonious blend of urban luxury and nature's tranquility, making it the perfect spot for relaxation and indulgence.
An installation by local artist Amy Kaslow adorns the west wall of thecourtyard. Appropriately named POPPIES,the whimsical backdrop sets the scene for an aspirational stay.
